Wine Description

Pazo de Señorans is produced from 100% Albariño grapes from the Salnes Valley. The wine is aged on lees for at least five months. This classic Albariño can be enjoyed after aging as well. Pazo de Señorans has a straw yellow color with greenish hints. On the palate, there is medium-high intensity combined with a balance of acidity which gives the wine great structure that improves in the glass.

Big nose was a surprise. As good as any Albariño I’ve had. Excellent. Good body too so will stand up well to strong cheese or tapas or fish stews etc.

(2016 Vintage) This big white is round and polished, with good weight and solid acidity behind the pear, blanched almond and white tea flavors. Ginger and briny notes give this a savory character. A muscular style. Drink now through 2022. 3,000 cases imported.–TM
